At the Hastings High School Campus, Driesenga & Associates worked with the Architect and Owner to provide several conceptual site layout options to incorporate the addition of a 47,000 square foot Community Center to the existing high school building as well as additions to both the kitchen and vocational education wings. Site considerations included the addition of parking and a separate drop off area for the daycare facility associated with the Community Center and improving the overall bus, student, and parent traffic circulation throughout the site. Driesenga staff completed all site design documents for the project, provided topographic and construction staking services, along with geotechnical investigations & construction materials testing and inspection.
