Design Plus provided design and documentation for this 75,000+ SF, 64-unit, 4½- story condominium development in downtown Ludington with values per unit of $285,000. Located adjacent to a public park and marina, amenities include underground parking and storage, clubhouse, pool, and an outdoor jacuzzi tub. Phase One was completed in June 2006, with Phase Two completed shortly thereafter in July 2006. Phase Three construction was completed in May of 2007. Total construction cost for all three phases is $12,000,000.
