Story

This project included design and documentation of 12,000 SF lower level of parking ramp structure in downtown Grand Rapids for new seafood restaurant with overall seating capacity in the dining room and bar of 200+ occupants. Services provided included architecture, interior design including procurement of fixtures, furnishings, and equipment, mechanical and electrical engineering, bidding/negotiation assistance, construction administration, and kitchen design coordination. The project was completed in April 2004 with a total construction cost of $1,015,000.
