Design Plus provided site selection assistance, architectural design and documentation, interior design, furniture layout and selection, and construction observation services for this new 8,100 SF facility, designed to house the College’s Admissions function, providing a positive first impression to prospective students and their families. The Georgian-style structure includes a large reception area, private offices, and conference room spaces, and is designed to look and feel inviting to visitors; homelike enough to be friendly, but with just enough institutional character to represent the school’s proud history. The project was completed in June 1987 with a total construction cost of $580,300.
