Story

The University opened this site as a satellite campus for those students wishing to further their education but who were unable to attend classes at the Allendale or Grand Rapids locations. This facility houses classrooms, lecture halls, computer labs, and study areas sensitive to the fact that most programs are aimed at non-traditional students. This satellite campus is 39,000 gross SF (24,000 net square feet). Our firm completed the campus master plan, site planning, programming, schematic design, construction documents and assistance with fund raising presentations. The pre-construction budget was $3,925,500 and the construction cost was $3,764,820. This project was completed in 1997.
