Master planning, architectural design and documentation, interior design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services were completed for this new church facility including a 2,400-seat sanctuary, and two educational units totaling 150,000 SF. The original facility was completed in 1986 and the west classroom addition was completed in 1989. The addition of the east classroom unit, the chapel, and a gymnatorium were completed in 1994. The entire building roof was replaced with a new standing seam metal roof in 2001. A renovation of the first floor staff office area and Senior Pastor’s suite, main entry and lobby/reception areas, as well as the complete interior renovation of the Children’s Wing and Youth Department were completed in the summer of 2006. Construction costs total approximately $15,500,000 for the many projects completed between 1984 and 2005/6. The building won an Associated Builder & Contractor Award in 1994.
