After taking over the project from another contractor, Davenport Masonry was under the gun to make up three months' worth of schedule. Working 10-hour shifts, six days a week with a crew of more than 80 bricklayers and mason tenders, the six month masonry schedule was reduced to three months. The client was happy with the decision they made and the project opened on time.
