Cargill Kitchen Solutions, a leading national provider of a wide variety of egg products whose parent company grossed $3.3 billion in profits at the time of this project, asked us to help them expand their current facility by more than doubling its size for a new product line. The expansion included freezer, production, and process additions as well as a complete overhaul of the existing refrigeration and shipping areas.
