Nestled on Lake Michigan, this lakefront home design incorporates the existing foundation from original house.

The exterior, hardwood deck surrounds the residence with over 2,200 sq. ft. and features an outdoor fireplace. A 300 ft. board walk connects the property with the Lake Michigan beach. Structural insulated panel system (SIPS) was used for wall and roof construction. This home features impressive interior and exterior detail in craftsmanship.
