Our client is a unique specialty animal care center. The project is an existing office suite which is being converted over to a veterinary facility. Challenging not only in scope, but in the time frame, this fast-tracked project must be completed in a three month period. The project includes specialized exam/treatment rooms, surgical suites and diagnostic center. The owner plans a future expansion if this new practice is successful.
