Story

This 50,000 square foot project provides a new location for SignComp and includes a 5,000 square foot office area and another 45,000 square feet of warehouse for the manufacturing of frames and extrusion systems. The facility was integrated into the natural site settings; thoughtful consideration went into the landscape design to incorporate the natural hills, trees, and flowers. Higher standards were also seen on the exterior design; custom built eyebrow canopies add an inviting appeal and set off the main entrance. The office area is highlighted with a colonial edging and concave EFIS, which adds variety and dimension to the pre-engineered building.

D9 Systems provided steel stud framing, exterior sheathing, drywall, acoustical ceilings and EIFS on this project.
