The Creekside Commons office development at 951 West Centre Street is a 31-acre “natural” corporate office setting situated alongside the Portage Creek and wetlands. The development’s first multiple-tenant office structure is a 40,000 sq. ft. two-story brick and EIFS structure. The building is designed by Design Plus of Grand Rapids, with L.L. Harris and Associates of Kalamazoo designing the landscaping and water features. The office building features a covered drive with brick pavers. The main entry incorporates a two-story vaulted atrium, large in-floor planters, inlaid marble floors, full height cherry paneling, cherry millwork, coffered ceilings and elegant lighting fixtures. A secondary entry provides a private, yet controlled staff and delivery entrance to the building, while a third entrance off the back of the building provides a large landscaped sundeck for tenants’ use.
