CSM Group managed this facility which includes a 33,000 square foot ice arena with five full size team locker rooms, a 25,000 square foot fitness center and approximately 22,000 square feet of common space. Overall, 44,000 square feet of three different type of rubber flooring was installed in the facility. The common area rubber is designed to withstand the abuse of skates and general foot traffic, a softer textured rubber was used for the running track and a composite floor with a shock absorbent under layer and durable wood grained layer was utilized in the aerobics room. The new facility also incorporated a copper colored metal roofing element to blend with the City Hall's existing covered walkways and accent bands within the precast walls to emulate the existing masonry facilities
