Story

This project is a 27,000 s.f. arena facility for equestrian use to support those with disabilities. This unique facility was contracted under a Design / Build agreement to reconstruct a facility that collapsed in a December 2000 snowstorm.

The project includes an 80’ x 200’ indoor riding arena along with 7,000 s.f. of instructional rooms and 2,000 s.f. of administrative space.  The design was developed around the need for full accessibility to those with disabilities.  The building structure is CECO pre-engineered steel with accents of simulated fieldstone, cedar siding, standing seam metal roofing, EIFS and glazing.  This state of the art facility is positioned to achieve award-winning status.
