This 18,000-sf office building serves the dual role of corporate headquarters and showroom for an international manufacturer of commodity and exotic wood veneers. The corporate offices, lobby, conferences rooms and dining facility feature the vast quantities of veneers available. The design also involved a 12,000-sf expansion of the existing warehouse facilities and full-service commercial kitchen.
CR provided the conceptual design and master plan for a new upscale, traditional 330,000-sf urban village located on 16 acres. Buildings will range from two to four stories, and include Class A office space, retail, restaurant and residential spaces. The mixed-use development includes 1,100 parking spaces and fronts a high-end, single-family neighborhood.
CR designed and master planned a 3,000,000-sf urban district in Solon, Ohio, that includes apartments and townhomes, office and retail space, dining, a full-service hotel, parking structures and 10 acres of recreation space. This development is designed to encourage pedestrian activity, connect the Solon City Hall and other municipal buildings, and provide central gathering areas.
