Cincinnati Fire Station No.9

Cincinnati, Ohio

Architectural

Story

The City of Cincinnati’s first new fire station in 28 years and first-ever LEED-Certified public building defies traditional rectangular lines and expresses a bold commitment to sustainability. The 15,142-sf, two-story building with three apparatus bays is a welcome change and thoughtful solution to what had been a narrow brownfield site.  Fire Station No. 9 received the 2008 F.I.E.R.O. Merit Award.
