Story

The projects at Wolverine World Wide consisted of three separate buildings.  A new 106,000 sq. ft. corporate center is the centerpiece and connection between an existing corporate administration building and a former single story factory building known as the Annex, which we designed into new office space.  We provided building programming and space planning for all spaces in all three buildings.  The space planning was done to the detail of individual workspaces and/or offices.  This project was a 1998 ABC of Western Michigan Award of Excellence winner.

CORPORATE CENTER: 106,000 sq. ft. building containing offices for 100 people plus a 4,000 sq. ft. corporate center with adjacent meeting rooms and breakout rooms.  A new kitchen and dining area can serve 200 people.

ADMINISTRATION BUILDING: 63,000 sq. ft. building accommodating 193 employees and related support facilities for meetings, conferences, files, and storage.

ANNEX BUILDING: The remodeled 42,500 sq. ft. former factory space accommodates 300 employees and related support facilities for employee break area, files, meeting rooms, storage, and delivery.
