Story

This aging student apartment was badly in need of updating when it was purchased by Avalon Housing, an Ann Arbor non-profit providing low-income housing.  The interiors of the units were redone with new cabinets, flooring paint, and fixtures.  Exteriors were spruced up with extensive brick repairs, a new roof, new windows, siding, and paint.
