This $35 million makeover of the iconic Waters Building in Downtown Grand Rapids includes a 111-room extended stay hotel, 44 market-rate apartments, office and retail space as well as the creation of a two-story lobby with a four-story atrium above.

The design of the units blends the existing character of the centuries old building with contemporary amenities and details to give the perfect balance of old and new.

This project won PROJECT OF THE YEAR at the Commercial Alliance of Realtors 14th Annual Awards.
