Classic Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing design for this 65,700 square foot remodel and addition. The entire steam heating system was replaced with hot water heating from (3) 800,000 BTUH high efficiency boilers. The classrooms are conditioned with horizontal or vertical unit ventilators. Common areas are conditioned with air handling units and roof top units. The complete domestic heating water system was replaced and includes a 600,000 BTUH high efficiency boiler and 500 gallon storage tank. A concessions building with toilet rooms is provided for the new football field.
