Story

This hotel consists of 109 keys, indoor pool, full bar, meeting rooms and breakfast area. Classic Engineering provided the mechanical, plumbing and electrical design for this project. A pool dehumidification unit was designed for pool humidity control. Guest suites are conditioned using package thru the wall air conditioning units. Common spaces are controlled with fan coil units. Domestic hot water is provided by two 650,000 BTUH boilers and two 220 gallon storage tanks.
