Classic Engineering designed this project with Grand Rapids Industrial Process Services Inc. (GRIPS). HVAC system consisted of single zone rooftop units dedicated to individual dining rooms. Units were sized to work in conjunction with high capacity exhaust hoods over each of the Japanese cooking range tops.
