Story

This building is a 36,000 square foot industrial facility with 6,000 square foot of office space. Classic Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing and electrical design for the design-bid package. The entire building is heated and cooled with gas fired roof top units. A snowmelt system was designed for all exterior sidewalks and patio areas. All ductwork, lights and piping was closely coordinated in the shop area with three large building cranes.
