CD Barnes was selected as the Construction Manager for a high-end multifamily development located at the former Centennial Country Club. The Ridges of Cascade is Grand Rapids’ premier apartment community—offering one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Each unit features an attached garage, private entrance, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, stone tile backsplashes, full size washer/dryer, nine foot ceilings, bar/island kitchens, custom cabinetry, private balcony/patio, and hardwood grain flooring. Tenants also have access to a resort-style pool surrounded by palm trees, hot tub, sundeck, fire pit, fitness center, business center, 24-hour pet spa, and a community room with bar, flat screen televisions, and billiards table. Though the entire development is expected to be complete in mid-2016, the project has been phased to allow for immediate occupancy to aid the owner with cash flow.
