Design Program:  Provided engineering for Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians for a multimillion dollar remodeling of a 140-guest room hotel/restaurant/meeting facility and for a 26' addition to the south end of the casino building and for redesign of the HVAC and electrical systems for the existing 33,000 sq. ft. casino and office complex.  The new HVAC system installation included replacing the existing electronic controls with a Delta web based Bacnet compliant, direct digital controls system.

Design Challenges:  The project included the redesign of the HVAC, plumbing and electrical for guest rooms, lobby, restaurant, kitchen, swimming pool, fire suppression and alarm systems, stand pipe and house pump remodeling; domestic water heater replacement and domestic water booster system to provide adequate house pressure.  Significant changes were made to upgrade the electrical systems to avoid past problems and to handle the increased loads.
