A new free-standing wood framed, two-story, masonry exterior façade, office   building. This building is the new home for Prudential Preferred Realtors and will serve as their main office, located in Portage, MI.  The floor plan for each level provides individual small size offices which will serve as home base for the realtors. The reception area includes a theatre room for clients to utilize the internet, allowing them to screen potential properties of interest by means of virtual tours.
