The new home for this non-profit organization that provides their clients (adult disabled individuals) gain employment opportunities. The program space included providing light manufacturing and assembly areas, business office area, restrooms, shower/changing room, break room, lunch room, training rooms, shipping/receiving staging areas. The building required occupancy conversion from having been built as a distribution center with over 20 overhead doors. The exterior renovation included the removal of the overhead doors replaced by new wall construction and glazing units. Day lighting was to be bring in as much natural daylight as possible.
