Completed work on 1331 N. Oak
This home is located in a newer neighborhood and has a "mid-century" feel.
It is also within easy walking distance to the park, ball diamonds, etc.
Our goal was to take this not very well maintained - 900 sq ft "mid century" ranch; and completely renovate it into a home that would have a cheery and welcoming feel, have all the desired amenities and room, and not "dwarf" the other homes on the street (mostly 900 sq ft ranches). We used a design that fits-in nicely with the current feel of the street .....and also looks appropriate as future re-development of the existing neighborhood takes place.
We used a design that is unique in that it serves nicely as a "bridge" between the current design and feel of the street ("mid-century") .....and future re-development of the neighborhood which is likely to become more period style or vintage style homes.
This home is 2750 sq ft, 3 or 4 bedrooms (library is set up as optional BR), 3 baths, 9' ceilings up and down, all hardwood floors, etc.

This home is located in one of the older neighborhoods in Rochester, near the downtown municipal park. It was a complete renovation using the existing foundation (plus some added new) and much of the first floor deck. It is completely updated with all the latest amenities, yet it has a vintage look and feel.
