This project features a variety of custom fabricated exterior finish systems furnished and installed by AGM including continuous length mechanically seamed curved standing seam metal roofing, pattern cut fascia & trim, custom formed Kalwall skylights engineered to follow the curvature of the metal roof system, custom fabricated aluminum plate accent brackets, vertically tapered composite aluminum panel fins integrated into the aluminum glazing system and pigmented natural zinc wall panels custom fabricated to create a unique shadowbox design.

AGM also furnished and installed most of the interior glass & glazing systems including custom wood grain painted curtainwall system separating the Council Chambers from the main lobby areas.  The custom finish applied to the aluminum framing was developed to match the gluelam beams and other natural finishes featured throughout this Native American owned facility.

AGM worked with the design and construction teams pre and post bid to help develop and refine critical interface details as required to maintain design intent, achieve desired performance and comply with budget and schedule expectations.  By being awarded a Single-Source enclosure contract AGM was able to coordinate engineering and manufacturing processes of multiple material suppliers as required to facilitate a seamless integration of critical building envelope systems without compromise to established performance or aesthetic goals.
