NPS built a 70’x70’x70’ top deck scaffold on the outside of the dike wall. We began ensuring our vertical posts were placed to brace the scaffold that would be supporting free-standing legs in a cantilever fashion. Finished the scaffolding in 3 weeks, with the assistance of a Maxial Hoist.
