Arcadia Flats is Western Michigan University's newest dormitory. The 167,986 SF facility has six floors with 197 units. The facility has over 1,600 sprinklers, along with a 1,500 GPM fire pump that supplies a combination standpipe wet system. It also serves a dry system that protects below the bridge.
